25-storey residential tower completed using multi-trade rope access, without disrupting building operations, no scaffolding, no delays, no compromise on finish quality.
Following the removal of scaffolding on a newly constructed 25-storey residential building in Gosford, a range of finishing items became visible across the façade.
As is often the case after scaffold removal, elements such as cladding details, masonry finishes, sealants, paintwork, and installed components required adjustment or completion.
Re-installing scaffolding would have resulted in significant cost, programme delays, and disruption to the final handover phase. The client required a fast, safe, and flexible solution to complete multiple finishing trades at height, without impacting ongoing building operations or deadlines.

Ropes & Go was engaged to deliver a structured, multi-trade rope access finishing package across the building façade. In other words to deliver a one-contractor, multi-trade rope access solution, focused on efficiency, quality, and safety during the final post-construction stage.
Working under IRATA rope access systems, our team operated with clear daily planning, coordinated task sequencing and transparent communication with the builder throughout the project.
Clear communication was maintained throughout the project, with daily updates provided to the client and strong coordination with site management. Feedback from the builder highlighted the team’s responsiveness and professionalism on site.
Post-scaffold removal environments require flexibility. As finishing items were identified across different elevations, our team adapted sequencing to address emerging tasks efficiently.
Minor defects and missing elements were assessed on site, with practical solutions proposed directly to the builder. By coordinating multiple trades through one rope access contractor, issues were resolved promptly without re-mobilising separate companies.
This approach reduced delays, simplified communication lines and maintained programme momentum during final handover.

The client received a ready-for-handover building, completed to a high standard, on time, consistent finish, supporting final presentation and occupancy readiness.

Led by Antoine Louis, Founder and Director of Ropes & Go, the project reflects a hands-on leadership approach grounded in over 10 years of international rope access experience and a strong focus on quality, safety, and builder collaboration.
